I am deeply passionate about creating spaces where profound transformation happens. As an Executive Coach and Coach Trainer, my mission is to empower coaches, therapists, leaders, and change-makers to unlock their potential and facilitate deep, meaningful change in themselves and others.
Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to exploring methodologies that go beyond surface-level strategies to reach the core of human potential. Generative Coaching has been a transformative discovery for me—a practice that honors creativity, resilience, and the limitless possibilities of the human mind and spirit.
As the Head of the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) Poland, I lead the delivery of globally recognised, triple-accredited coaching programs. My expertise is rooted in over 15 years of global coaching experience, enriched by certifications in advanced and systemic coaching methodologies, including Generative Coaching, Advanced Creative Mind, Shadow Coaching, Systemic Team Coaching, Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and NLP Master Practitioner.
Holding master’s degrees in both Psychology and Human Resource Management, my academic background underpins my practical work, blending psychological insight with real-world impact.
