I am Natalia Zalesińska.
I created Metta Academy as a space for presence, meaningful learning, and authentic reconnection — a place where we return to what is most real in us, and grow from there.
My journey began in Poland, but my heart was shaped in London — a city of soul, creativity, and complexity. I spent 15 years working in HR for global organisations like HSBC, Morgan Stanley, Westpac, and GAM. I saw how essential it is to connect leadership with humanity — and how powerful coaching becomes when it honours both excellence and empathy.
I am a psychologist, a certified executive coach (PCC ICF), a licensed generative coaching trainer (IAGC), and a proud global partner of the AoEC. I train coaches across the world in both English and Polish.
But more than anything — I hold space.
Space for depth.

For growth beyond what we imagine.
